CLEO Help Requesting [ON/OFF]

I tried to do it myself, but sadly, I couldn't. 
Can you guys add an activation sort of thing to the attached cleo script?

Activation button: F2
Deactivation button: F2

With that being said, I'd like to see "tankmode enabled" whenever I press F2, and vice versa.
