seems like OP mod but since you need to remove sampfuncs (and i had problems with that to work) and also replace shitload of GTA files , nah , not worth , but ++++ for the mod

it's called "adminchecker" check it out on BlastHack. But it isn't magical, you need to type names of admins in there, and script will simply detect if connected.
