There's no unban.cs and you posted this in the wrong section. This section is for non samp related things

Your modem shouldn't have a static IP ( unless you made it a static ip via ISP - Internet Service Provider ) Just reset your modem, and your ip will change.

yes i try that and i got unbanned but admin can still detect that i am that person .
