I do not know what it's called in English, but it's to detect the speed of cars and apply traffic tickets.

Up on speeding towards it press TAB so the player list come's up hold it till you passed it, and it should not be ticketing you. the server will think your afk.

Depends how it detects the speed, if it reads your vehicle velocity you could send/edit outcoming vehicle sync packets, like this http://ugbase.eu/Thread-SNIPPET-SendOnFootFakeSpeedSync

Might look like you're lagging or glitching to others, i'm not sure.

I am not sure if SAMP is using the velocity for interpolation, but I guess they use only position might be wrong tho the velocity could stand for some factor therefore you may seem lagged and THEREFORE you shouldn't set it to 0 then because well, it's detectable then.

What do you mean springfield? if you set all the velocity to 0, players will see your car "tping" forward instead of moving the normal physical way.


also I think 0x688 idea is good, and yes it uses velocity to detect speed (well it depends on script, when I used to script I usually used to detect using velocity)
