[Request] Launcher bypass or a way to turn cleo mods to .exe

Hello everyone,

As the title says, I need to turn cleo modes to .exe. I got 2 favorite servers. They both released their own launchers which scan Gta Sa folder and erase Cleo, SF and ASI cheats. The only way I've found to use cheats is to use .exe modes which I used to use them for old versions of samp.
Is there any way to bypass launcher?
Is there any program that can turn cleo mods to .exe? (If you need to have a look at launchers, let me know. I will upload them)
Is there any external cheats for samp (Like what we have for GTA V online)

Oh. I had written it wrong. I meant cleo mods (.cs), not .cleo

That's an intranet server in Iran, which means you can not get access to join it from other countries.
And the official website is in Persian. You won't understand.

Looks like that launcher freezing on start, didn't do anything (probably blocked all outside country or something)
i dont have time to bypass firewall and shits now.

Does launcher allow you to install CLEO?
Or it just delete .cs files only?

No it deletes all .asi files, cleo folder and SF files
