NG-RP Server Permanent ban-unban ?

Hello, I was wondering if there was a way to get UNBANNED from NG-RP, because I was hacking and they banned me permanently...for life...it was a year ago, and to this very day, I'm thinking of ways to get back to the server. I tried using fake IP addresses, I tried calling my internet provider to change my IP address, but apparently, it costs a lot, I tried BEGGING like a little bitch the admins to unban me, because I want to play badly, and they would reject me like I'm a prostitute with AIDS, so is there a way for me to register once more to the server and play again ? Please help me ! Thank you in advance !

Hmm some time ago i found a server that has somehow permanently banned me and im still trying to figure out how to unban myself, nothing works and only permanent ban in SA-MP i head of is banning the windows user name but i changed it and its still the same. Never spotted shit like this, i tried like 3 VPNs, changing my IP, chaning username, changing nickname, everytime i enter it says iam banned permanently. Also its impossible the admin banned all those VPNs because my friend can connect to the server on them, and as far as i know there isnt any other type of ban than those (i can bet theres no HDD ban or MAC ban in SA-MP, as i read somewhere SAMP cant store the user info like this, they would need to change the license to do this)

I just changed MAC Adress when ip changing didnt work, in other games
So could be a possibility

change your graphics card. They probably did /GPCIban which bans the computer ID of yours.

Bro, if you got a modem, just break it... and then you're internet provider would send someone to give you a new one... and every modem has a new ip address... trust me. If you're lucky you'll get an dynamic ip address modem and you could change you're ip address whenever you want... peace and good luck!

It doesnt matter what modem/router you have..your ISP needs to give you a dynamic ip otherwise u can do shit.
BTW GPCI is a crypted username, you just need to create a new user/change existing name and ur good to go

You need to try it:
The server i couldnt unban myself was using GPCI (crypted username) and i thought its not because changing the name didnt worked, you have to create a new account !
In windows xp you just go to control panel and users, then create new account or w/e and connect to the server from this account

A'ight pal.
Step by step guide:
1) Call your internet provider and ask for a Dynamic Ip Address ( This one will allow your IP to shift every time you restart your router ). If he says " I am sorry we can't do this " or " It's going to cost a shit ton of money " be like " A'ight, I am outta your company. Go fuck yourself", after you say that, they are gonna blow you if that's what it takes to keep you in the company.

2) If the above step doesn't work. Get a VPN. I recommend CyberGhost VPN.
3) If after using a VPN ( Be advised a lot of the VPN's IPs are already banned, thus try changing your IP like 5-6 times before you make a conclusion ), you still can't connect go to Control Panel > User accounts > Add user > Make a new user and install samp there. Now try with a VPN again.
4) IF that doesn't work, try sending an email at the Director Of Ban Appeals saying you were banned a year ago and that according to the rules hackers are set to be banned for 6 months, not for ever.

From what I hear, there's no such thing as a permanent ban on that server.
Just send dick pics to the owner (he's a homosexual pedophile) and you'll be unbanned, you'll probably get a staff position as well.

There isnt any other type of ban in samp than IP, range ban (?),host ban(?),nickname ban, GPCI ban (gpci is returning a hashed(I think) path to some directory, it contains your Windows username and when creating a new user with different name the path will change, it doesn't work when changing the name because it doesn't rename the folders, the old name is still located here)
