How to dynamically get gta sa window name?

So as you may know, samp client anticheat(sampcac) changes the window name from GTA:SA:MP to a random string of letters and numbers every time it is launched in order to prevent people from injecting exe cheats.


I have already found a way to easily inject any cheats, but I think it may be possible to dynamically get the window name from the process' name and id too.
What do you think?

But tbh sampcac doesnt really protects gta sa from any (almost) sort of injection
