Open samp, change resolution to 800x600 and exit the game, then go to Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files, right click on gta_sa.set and check  "read only". Every time time you open the game change to your normal resultion, the fonts will be smaller.

Yes it is, its a program you need to run in order to join the server, if you dont have the anticheat running the server will kick you instantly, aaaandddd the program monitors every process in your pc so no way to cheat, you dont know shi*/ aparently.

This Anticheat its used by Esl and a lot of clans to play aad matches, not only U servers, shit shit scans all your computer and files, if you have some .exe or dll file arround there it will ban you, funny thing is that even the ban is almost imposible (for me) to bypass. Some pro cheater...
