Then there's your problem. You're using some fucked up mods that ruin SA-MP. :sadpepe: They likely require Sampfuncs which isn't available for SA-MP 0.3.DL. Delete them, reinstall GTA + SA-MP and keep the mods away forever. Problem solved 420%.

Did you reinstall it into a different folder? If yes, make sure you aren't using any mods. And try running GTA_SA and SA-MP in compatibility mode with windows 98/ME and as admin.

Did you unzip the folder and only add the .dll file? You could also try this: 1.Delete/Or move the Cleo files. 2.Copy all GTA SA files. 3. Create a new folder. 4. Paste the files into the new folder. 5. Delete the old folder. 6. Add Cleo to the new folder. 7.Try running it.
