People who give them out ar ex Nexon employees that got fired.
These things get patched in a week or less.
Most of the true ones go under big bucks, but those are 1 to 0 existent and most of those you'll find are fake.
However, sites like MPGH, GHB, MPHA, etc. are the true ones to find hack clients on.
VIP ones cost money but work damn well.
