sa-mp 0.3.7 Missing Chat box

I need your help guys
something wrong with my samp
There're no health bar, no chat box, and i can't see other player chat , and i can't see my hud too
I already re-install samp, re-install gta-sa but it doesn't help me
And i get some problem with my settings,
When i go to my option and see my HUD still "OFF"
So i turn it on then i back to the game but i still not see my hud
then i back to my option again but my hud still "OFF" but i already turn it "ON"
Please need your help

try delete everything from registry that's related to gta sa / samp
also delete everything in my documents about gta sa
then reinstall gta sa and samp and run as admin

btw u can try with system care pro 9 after uninstalling every program it will automatically show registry files of that program if u want to remove them e.e
