You can use DEV CPP, but to compile it with that, you gonna have to make some modifications in the code. Anyway, just use VS10 C++(VS12 suxx as hard as win8), run the solution on it, hit F7 and let the linker make the magic.

if it doesn't check for modules running in your game(or, if it does, it checks only once), well... then a simple injector(as Auto DLL Injector) should work just fine. else, something more sophisticated gotta be done(such as some codecave methods).

it works like a charm. it wont actually kill it, but the 3rd option will lag the server console(almost overflow), if you use it right, the server will be soo overloaded, that it will stop replying all the connected clients connections. it's also very useful with hosts that has a CPU usage...

that's the point of this plugin.
