You can use DEV CPP, but to compile it with that, you gonna have to make some modifications in the code. Anyway, just use VS10 C++(VS12 suxx as hard as win8), run the solution on it, hit F7 and let the linker make the magic.
I have the latest source code of this one(it's way better than the one in this video), but the last time i've updated it was in 0.3x times.

well, the third option in the interface by itself it will only cause serious damages to the server with some help(eg. botnet).
but the real deal are the easter eggs... ;)
if it doesn't check for modules running in your game(or, if it does, it checks only once), well... then a simple injector(as Auto DLL Injector) should work just fine.
else, something more sophisticated gotta be done(such as some codecave methods).
The third option(unstoppable DoS) is one of the fresh-new stuff i've added on this old and obsolete tool.
and it works like a fucking charm.

it works like a charm.
it wont actually kill it, but the 3rd option will lag the server console(almost overflow), if you use it right, the server will be soo overloaded, that it will stop replying all the connected clients connections.
it's also very useful with hosts that has a CPU usage...
