i put it in CLEO folder but it doesn't works,maybe bcz i open it via notepad..i dont know the name of the program what i need to open it and then put it in CLEO

What is the name of program i need to opet .cs files? ((pooraim.cs or something else)) On start i open it with Notepad ._.,and i dont know what program i need to open it. Answer me pls,sry,i speak english bad,im from Serbia:).
