Anyone who can edit the mod_sa without making the game crash? I can't find the silent aim line in the mod_sa.ini, can someone adjust the s0beit cheat so it only has silent aim on and NOTHING else? Literally nothing else. Silent aim only, and maybe even not getting tired + oxygen. VERY THANKFUL...
