I have server that there's no nickname there, i try some nametag wall hack and it didn't work, when i try with sobeit Its work, but i don't wanna use sobeit, so could someone give me Wallhack like sobeit but in .cs version?

You can also enable the nametag state of a specific player ID using:
stSAMP -> stSAMPPools -> stPlayerPool -> (stRemotePlayer + (ID * 44) ) -> stRemotePlayerData -> iShowNameTag = 0x00000001
stSAMP -> stSAMPPools -> stPlayerPool -> (stRemotePlayer + (ID * 44) ) -> stRemotePlayerData -> iShowNameTag = 0x00000001
