hei can u please tell me how to combine 20 mods in 1 asi file or .cs ? but the cleo mods have to work in samp ..

so i reinstalled the win 10 on a new harddisk and sampfuncs 5.3.1 dose not work ! on the old harddisk it worked maybe cuz  i changed from win 7 to win 10 and installed sampfuncs 5.2.2 and then 5.3.1 cuz it was updated . does win 7 has more drivers than win 10 or soemthing cuz i did everything...

please help me i reinstalled windows 10 64 bit and installed the same gta that i had before and the samp funcs is not working it wont load i put the sampfuncs.asi in gta and made a emty folder SAMPFUNCS but it WONT LOAD .... please help me i tried with asi loader 3 versions that is not working...
