CLEO Help About samp say_msg

When i use samp say_msg ... example
0AF9: samp say_msg "/me has jumped off the bridge" (RP servers)

then i go test in-game >> the message appears like this "/ME HAS JUMPED OFF THE BRIDGE"
And the server blocked me that i can't use CAPSLOCK in chat ... anybody know the problems here?

In sanny builder press f10/Option - Format tab - low right corner - Case Converting - Chose "as is". Save. Then recompile the .cs.
