CLEO Help .ASI files won't load

i have problem with .ASI files. most of them work but not all. For example UltraWH.asi venom, and other projects doesn't work and i have no idea how to fix it. I have all required files like Silent ASI loader, SAMPFUNCS etc. Does my computer maybe missing some windows updates or what? If someone gonna help me to fix this i gonna tip a little bit for help. Waiting for your answers.
