So this goes, if you get a range ban or whatever and want to evade it. Or simply just want to use a VPN for any other propose, it's in Japanese --_--. So I will guide you through it.
1. Go here -- http://tsunagarumon.com/entry/

2. There should be a box that you can type in, enter your email address in the box.
Below, there should be a little square (Tick box) click it. This will accept the terms and conditions.
Now hit the PINK box below.

3. A new page will load with a pink box and a weird grey colored one. Hit the PINK box.
__________________________________________________________________________________________________
4. Now go and sign into the email account that you entered on the site.
You should have an email with the name "????????????" or some shit that you probably won't understand.

5. In the email there should be a link, click on the link.
__________________________________________________________________________________________________
6.It will take you back to that site, once the page loads you can close it. Go back to your email account. You should have another email named "SomeShitIDon'tUnderstand".
Click it.

7. You can translate it or whatever you want. But. That is your VPN account details. Should look something like this:

The first one is your email address, which is also your VPN username.
The second one is the password to your VPN.
The last one is the IP address of your VPN.

Now, setting up your VPN.
Okay, windows 7.
1. Click on Start.
2. Type in VPN. Something should come up named "Set up a virtual private network (VPN) Connection.
3. Click it.
Step number 3 was hard right :/
4. Copy and paste the IP address you got in the email into the part named "Internet Address"
5. Destination name? Type anything into there. (Whatever you want the name of your VPN to be.
6: Username: Your email address that you used.
7. Password: Copy and paste that from the email that you received.
CLICK CONNECT.
If it won't connect the first time try restarting your computer/laptop or weird cardboard box with a screen. (Whatever you use).
DISCONNECT/RECONNECT
If you want to disconnect or reconnect, Click on the little signal/wifi symbol on the task bar.
Now you will see your VPN connection in the list. (whatever you named it)
Click on your VPN, it will either say "Disconnect" or "Connect"
Want to check? Before you connect. Go to http://whatismyip.org/
After you connect go to http://whatismyip.org/
See the difference?
