(REQ) Extract the .dll on a .exe

Dunno if this can be but.. I started using "WinJect" to inject some .dll to my gta_sa.exe when this is processing. But I asked: Can I extract or make a .dll of an .exe file?

No it is not possible, the .dll works inside of the process and the .exe not (to say is more or less "simple").
Get Author, ask him if he redo it as an executeable.
