Save hacks i activated

hey uhm the question is this, can i save anywhere when i made for example Samppatches and want them to be activated once i join the game.
i need it for that kind of hack <!-- l post14939.html#p14939<!-- l but i cant find anywhere how i can make that.

RED = KEY, you can set it like np4 which is numpad 4.
GREEN = ACTIVATED/DEACTIVATED on game start, 1 = on, 0 = off.
