Download sanny builder and aimbot from thread.
Open aimbot you just downloaded with sanny builder that you just downloaded ( must install sanny builder first )
You must set your gta sa directory
Find key_down 123 (123 is F12 and for Z is 90) so change key_down 123 to key_down 90
then remove "printf" lines, sanve & compile
