Xzy Tro is currently on university in Istanbul, Turkey.
He had been in France a few days ago getting his master's degree, he came back 2 days ago.

He is just scripting for one small SA-MP community, but doesn't even have SA anymore.

Nobody is replacing him. No one can exactly genuinely replace Xzytro, you, me or anyone else... but, UG Base needs more moderators. More people to actively handle requests AND enforce rules. UG Base is growing, hence more staff is requested.
