Want to do this shit... EASY Follow the Steps:
1.Download 2wheels.cs From here http://ugbase.eu/requests-10/car-on-two-wheels/
2.Put it in your Cleo Folder like everyone know  :youdontsay:
3.Now While Playing and Driving a car Press one of the Numpad (Numpad 7 or Numpad 9 ONLY)and keep holding it And Randomly Use Movement Keys to Adjust the car Position  VOILA you are Car Break Dancing.

P.S: the Car should be Stopped and you should Keep Holding the Numpad To Function.
