Help Best way to avoid getting caught ban evading

Hello guys I wanted to know what's the best way to ban evade on a server because even if your ip is changed admins can still find out and u can get caught.

If your IP is changed and you have a new nickname, they can't find out. Beware of snitches.

Some servers actually have. In a server i had access to do /gpciscan, or /gpciban, with /gpciscan no matter how many times you change your ip address or name, admins can still see your former name with /gpciscan list (to see if somebody evaded ban or not.) If i don't remember wrong it was something that checks the windows user id. So here DarkShadow is right.

If you want an effective ban evasion, make a new windows user, change your ip, change your username, and then join.
