You just need to get to that abandoned car wash in east los santos and enter the tunnel.

Use /thiefjob or /dealerjob to receive one of the jobs you've requested, thiefjob is for car jacker and dealer job is for dealing drugs/weapons etc. dealer job is pretty useless, I don't recommend it.

It's the same, it's called /dealerjob, but it's useless, you can't get any weapons from there, if you want to get weapons to sell you need to be in a official mafia and take the /smugglerjob
