.dll editing?

Hey mate. I like to edit sobeit .dll file but idk what software are use for editing dll file. can someone give me some advice?

First you should get experience in c++.
Editing without some experience is bad, but you can Learn a bit from it.

You need this crap:

Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 / 2010 whatever you like more.
Microsoft DirectX SDK

Just serach in Google for them, So far i know someone did a Tutorial for it.
