Somebody help me with any anticrasher?

1) NO anticrasher can do anything against corrupted mods.
2) It's a crash happening on audio level.
3) Stop bumping

I reinstalled the game from steam and when i open game is still the same problem always when entering car.
I figured it out myself days ago that it was on radio problem.
May i download some audio files from google?
