CLEO Help [Help]Not consistent ini operations

I'm having a problem with ini files. I successfully read/write some value at one point, 2 seconds later it doesn't work using the same method and let's say 2 seconds later it works again... Did anyone have a similar issue? And it looks like it's not a single problematic mod because it happens even when I'm using mods that seemed to work properly in the past

I deleted few mods which I don't use, idk if there was some limit or there was something specific inside one of these mods but it solved the problem
