[Help] PC pranking ideas

hi, I'm making an app for this thing and I'm adding preset actions. I'm looking for funny/weird websites and youtube videos (but they have to be legal + not disturbing in terms of ethic + no bright flashing)

make a background controller, continously change background each 100 ms (10 times a second) with smoothing effect and change the pics to random pics.

just put a creepy horror movies song playing in background,then at the same time make the desktop image change random from black to white(like a blinking light bulb) and then play a loud scream sound and set the desktop image to some weird creature,maybe the shadow from movie 'lights out'

nice, I'm going to add some audio like this (it would be visible but still do the thing, command prompt + music player playing creepy sounds out of nowhere isn't something usual), for the flashing part it's too much hassle to create I think

u kno , u can play sounds using autohotkey ,without any media player showing up
but guess that'd be too much,to silently install ahk then open your script from stick using ahk lol...

what language are you using to make something like this? just make a c++ or c# program with bass sound player, invisible sound only need that bass.dll tho

it uses keyboard input, I'm not sure if it's a good idea to make something like this because windows defender asks the user to run or not to run unrecognised executables and even free avast does something like 10 seconds scan when some new unrecognised exe is opened. So possibly I'd spend few hours on this task and either not complete it or complete it and it still would be useless

Edit: actually I forgot I used the bass lib for a game project before ;d;d;d Thing is working, idk how the "freshly downloaded" file will behave but thanks for pointing me to it;p
