Where I can find this blue health bar and money like this, i don't want this fist, just money and health bar????????

with this i can put just one color, i need to put blue$ and white numbers

Okay, so first make sure you have PS/PAINT and TXD Workshop.
1. Find your fonts.txd(gta sa folder/models).
2. Open it in TXD Workshop.
3. Select the font1 image, export the image(not the alpha, should be a white texture)
4. Open it in PS/Paint.
5. Search for the $ sign, notice there are two. The one for money is in the middle-right.
6. Select a bucket tool, and the color you want and just cover the $ in the color you want.
7. Save as .png.
8. In TXD Workshop, import the previously saved .png(once again, image not ALPHA).
9. Save and put the fonts.txd back in your folder.
- Now you have a colored $.
