CLEO Help Is only a simple question of a opcode/thing

Viewing a script i saw that, and i only want to know wtf is that

  &0(0@,1i) == 255

The part of 0&(0@...) i don't understand, somebody can tell for wtf is that?

It has do do with memory. I never did something with that so  :dont_care:

I think it has something to do with arrays,
Like 20@(21@,5i) = 20@ = value, 21@ = array, 5i = element of array and type(i = integer)
But i'm not sure, and too lazy to test/see what it's all about.
