Have you tried formatting and reinstalling a fresh copy of windows? if that didn't work it may be an issue with your internet router or your laptop's wifi card.

Control Panel > System & Security > Administration Tools >
Computer Management > Services & Applications > Services

Scroll down this list to find "WLAN Auto Config" Automatic
Double click on "WLAN Auto Config" Automatic on the General tab
Go to "Startup type"
From drop down menu, select "Automatic". Reselect even if "Automatic" shows in drop down menu box.
Under Service Status click on "Start"

Then "Apply" these settings and exit from all open control panel windows and Restart.

If that doesn't work it might be most likely your ISP.
If i was you go back to windows 7, if this issue keep on going windows 10 deletes some file's after upgrading/updating what lead to internet trouble shooting or and some point, end up buying a new pc because there is not really a "hot" solution for it. (yet)
