Install CLEO 4.1.1.30 with administrator rights ( cleo.li/download.html )
then just put the ophax files into your gta directory and it should work.
Bonus step: download spyware so that opcode.exe gets happy.

Nevertheless, the script is not crypted or obfuscated, you can edit it and remove/add whatever you want.
So you have two ways, both depend on you not being a lazy ass faggot
1. Use the cheat like it is, and agree to send whatever data bullshit.

2. Take some time, and remove said data collection from the script.
