No it does, you need to open the XML file and add the name of the player you want the bots to follow in game.

Hey do you know how imitatechat works ? I tried putting my name in-game inside imitate" " but those don't imitate my chat or what I say ? So how can I do that ?

Set the imitated player's name with command, for example: !imitate P3ti
It will be fixed in the next version and then you can set it in the settings file.

Did !imitate Mark where Mark is my in-game handle and when I went in-game and said something like Hi, the bot didn't imitated me or anything, the situation is still the same.

Open the .xml file, scroll down to followplayer "" field and insert your name in-game, save it.

Where you want, RakSAMP doesn't need GTA:SA or SA-MP, it's fully stand-alone.

Possible, but use bare mode, because now there is no custom sendrates and you would get kicked if you use normal mode for 50 bots. I will add custom sendrates into the next version.
