CLEO Release reconnect.cs - a simple one

so this is my first cleo release, im not saying that this is first one i created, but this is a simple one.

key, reason, game mode and delay can be edited via .ini file.

if you get invalid nickname, press the key again and you will fine. i dont know what causes this, but i guess, its a samp bug or idk.

Works perfectly. And I believe the reason beyond the "rejected nickname" is caused by the F4 change class thingy, you just have to change the key into something else.

For people who crashed:-

1-Make sure you have latest cleo.
2-Make sure you have the latest sampfuns.
3-Make sure no OTHER mod is causing the crash.
4-If none works, there has to be a problem with GTA San Andreas, re-install the original one. (PM me for original DVD iso file torrent).

What has to be improved:

The speed of connecting, it's like the starting of SA-MP. I mean, it would be really nice if you'd just improve that.
