For example: my player name is player77 and i got banned from a server. Can I login with that same account named player77 without being unbanned?? There's any software or any mod? Login with same account which is banned and not making a new account.

What's the server ?
If the server doesn't have a good anti cheat system, yes you can.
But out of 100 servers, you won't be able to do that in 90.

as i know , the only way that if admin banned only your ip , you can get back with the same name but you have to change (restart the router ,vpn..etc),, but if they banned your name too you want be able to login until they unban you or delete the whole ban list
