Remove all mods, including CLEO, .ASIs, only keep s0beit and try again, then start placing cleos one by one and see what causes the crash.

i install from clean gta, and without samp, same error, with samp, same error, cleo + anticrash, same error, idk wtf i need to do

Windows version  6.1537.7601 means it's either XP either Vista.
Solution : Upgrade your windows to 7 or 8.1. Problem solved  :trollface:
