Help Sampfuncs and .dll files

I changed from 2.3 to 2.6 so that i could us hpbar.cs but sampfuncs stopped working.
I deleted sampfuncs and my cleo folder, then i re installed my cleo and r. Add my old sampfunc 2.3 and sampfunc stopped working. Each time i join a server i crash.
I used asiloader but that didnt work, i downloaded some .dll files from this forum and that made me crash everytime.

Could someone send me all the original .dll files in the gta folder?
Also the original gta_sa.exe .

Where can i find the .cleo files that i should delete? Mousefix.cleo etc

The thing that is explained there is, you download the sampfuncs archive right? And it includes sampfuncsv2.3.cleo file, but in your CLEO folder there is already sampfuncsv2.4 or with another version, you will delete yours, and add the one in the archive. So that the versions will not be in a conflict and then crash.

I have windows xp. I deleted gta and cleo folder etc. I installed new gta and cleo folder but 2.3 stopped working.
What is wrong with my gta?
