What does it do : tells you when an admin is spec ing you
What do you want : i want this, cleo/.exe

This is possible i think there is a mod here but i dont know the link seen as when admins spec you they go near you but you cant see them its basically near admins or something just use the search button like search "Near admins" "who is specing me"
