and here is the mod i was talking about. Finally found it from my archives. When you die and respawn, type "MYWEAPS", and it will give you all the weapons you had before death. Remember to enable the patch above before spawning the old weapons.

I got a way for it. Some time ago i had scripted a cleo file, which was giving you all of your old weapons back if you typed something after spawn. Now it is detectable, because it spawns weapons. By creating one or two NOP cleos for it, it would become undetectable ^^

This isn't samp bug, this is an ability in gta san andreas game. It existed in 0.3d too, and you can do it in single player as well. Weird that you noticed it only today.

Use cleo v4.1, not cleo v4.3. Delete older versions of samp functions, there should be only v3.0 version in your CLEO folder.

When a cheat requires samp functions, use the latest version, (currently samp functions v3.0). The latest versions all include the same thing that the older ones had.

The only thing you can do is to reduce the delay from .ini file. You can reduce it till 10. If 10 isn't enough either, then i got nothing to do, you must shoot slower instead.

No matter which mod it is, it will not work in 0.3z, because now in 0.3z the servers trust your own screen. If you shoot in your screen => you damage your target. If you don't shoot in your screen => you don't damage your target.

This error clearly shows that your CLEO folder contains more than 1 different version of SAMP Functions. If your folder has both SAMP Functions v2.6 and SAMP Functions v3.0 at the same time, it makes conflict, and it leads you to the crash (which you showed.)
