Checkpoint Freeze?

Can anyone create a Cleo, when i drive into a Checkpoint i want to get a Freeze for 15 Sec (in my Vehicle)  ;)

When i hit a CP my Car stand (not freeze) so when i hold w it stand for 1 sec and drive forward.
