Help CLEO couldn't register opcode 0C00 handler

SA:MP 0.3z r1
Tried both CLEO 4.1 and 4.3
Silent's ASI Loader
Tried sampfuncs 3.2, 4.0 and 5.0
Windows 8

This error persists no matter what I do, I followed installation instructions to the letter, I've tried installing all the different runtimes and stuff that's been suggested, I disabled my anti-virus, but I just can't make this error go away. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? :angry:

All the links on that thread are dead

I managed to get it to work by booting into a Windows 7 partition, which leads me to believe there's some sort of compatibility issue with Windows 8.

Maybe problem is, I have WIndows 8.1??
