So I don't know what the fuck I've done but here's my issue:
I'll be randomly playing (sometimes when I tab in and out) and GTA will freeze and pop up with the "-....not responding...." error.
As soon as I close GTA out and try to relaunch, nothing happens, I get a loading circle next to my cursor and then nothing, it's not in my task manager nothing.
So I tried removing all my ASI's and it fixed it, so I added one by one, every time it worked until I got to adding the CLEO asi back in.
So the only fix I've found is changing directory, which is a pain the ass.
I've tried to remove ALL my CLEO's from my CLEO folder and then launch and it still the same, so I don't believe it's a bugged CLEO.
Anyone know any fixes for this?
My CLEO version is 4.3.22
My SAMP version is 0.3.7

So I've just worked out that while I've got SilentPatch in CLEO makes GTA not open.
So it's making me remove one of them to make it load....

Fix:
Use SilentASI Loader
Put CLEO and SAMPFUNCS inside of ASI Loader
