Allows you to use /fpslimit with values from 1 to 999.

To experience how Opcode.exe plays SA-MP use /fpslimit 3  :trollface:

I have Silent's ASI loader but those FPSlimit hacks never work for me

It works, but it doesn't, it let me change the fps to 999 but i get like 60 fps, and without it i get 100fps, when i had the cleo fpslimit i was able to play at 400fps, don't know if it's for the samp 0.3.7

Well there is crashes.asi which is old af but I believe most of u already know about it lol, but that gives u quite a decent fps bump in game.
