Is it possible to see radius-chat , or the chat's' that people type in radius 300.0 around you in RP Servers ? I've seen in GoC S0beit function , so i'm wondering how did they did it ? Can something like that can be done via CLEO scripting ?

Something like , we can see player chat in radio 300.0 without limited in RP Servers.
