How can  i get  ? this ....

05E2: AS_actor 0@ kill_actor $PLAYER_ACTOR

05E2 is a task opcode, can't work in SA:MP.
0@ is the actor handle you want to attack your player, you can create an actor or use 0AE1 to get the nearest actor(in single player, ofc)

If so, Is there anyway to get killer in  SA:MP , like KillInformer ?
