I'm trying to make a cleo but when i try to compile this happends.. So key_down works perfectly but i need key_up aswell can someone tell me whats wrong? I've placed the files to sannybuilder / data / sa etc etc..

What do you mean by key_up? Isn't key_down a keyword for 0AB0 opcode? You probably want to use 0AB0 with UP Arrow key (38)?
