If you want to change the hotkey, then m0d_sa.ini and find key_menu = f11
you can edit lots of things there.If you want to change the look or w/e then download the source code and open it in some Visual C++ IDE or just download Visual Studio and you will have Visual C++, Visual C# and Visual Basic together.And of course you need to have some C++ knowledge to edit the source code.
