Hi guys.I need help.Can anyone explain me or teach me how can i get somr ip address from arizona or phoenix USA.I need that because the server where im playing is located in arizona so i would like to have like 70-80 ping and i am ready to do any way to get 70 ping.

Using that will give you more ping even if the server is hosted in US. Because you will connect to that proxy then to the server.

Move to USA, there is not any way that will decrease that much your ping from 150 ( for example ) or more to 80
